The following are some forms and documents for a business license in the City of Liberal along with the Facade Grant guidelines and application.  The Facade grant is a 50/50 matching grant up to $5,000 to make improvements to businesses in the city limits.  The Facade Grant is first come/first serve and available until the funds allocated for each budget year runs out.  Contact the Economic Development office for any questions or assistance.
